Responsibilities

  • Promote GPCL‘s scientific journals and open-access publishing model within your university community through various channels, including social media, campus events, and academic societies.
  • Raise awareness about the importance of open-access publishing and encourage researchers, students, and faculty members to consider publishing their work with GPCL.
  • Serve as a liaison between GPCL and your university, providing feedback and insights to enhance our services and publications.
  • Organize and participate in workshops, webinars, and seminars to educate students and researchers about academic publishing practices and GPCL‘s offerings.
  • Foster collaboration and partnerships with student organizations, research institutes, and academic departments to expand GPCL‘s presence and impact on campus.
  • Actively engage with GPCL‘s online community, contribute to discussions, and share relevant content to promote our publications and initiatives.

Additional Soft Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for promoting scientific research and open-access publishing.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative in developing strategies to reach and engage with target audiences.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Educational Requirements

Enrolled students of any public or private university

Experience Requirements

No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and passion for scientific research and open-access publishing are essential.

  • Strong commitment to promoting open-access publishing and advancing scientific knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Access to reliable internet connection and communication tools for remote work.

Job Description

As a campus ambassador for GPCL, you will be responsible for promoting our scientific journals and open-access publishing model within your university community. This role requires proactive engagement with students, faculty members, and researchers to raise awareness about GPCL‘s publications and encourage submissions. You will also collaborate with GPCL‘s team to develop and implement marketing strategies, organize events, and provide feedback to enhance our services.
